- in case of fire or when conditions that may cause a fire occur;
- when children, elderly, or ill persons are locked behind closed doors or left in helpless situations;
- in case of serious road traffic accidents;
- in case of accidents at construction sites and industrial facilities, as well as when situations that may lead to accidents are observed;
- when rescue operations are required in water bodies;
- when radioactive, chemical, or other potentially hazardous substances, containers used for their transportation, as well as explosives and ammunition are detected or reported missing;
